We’re Exhibiting at TCT 3Sixty, NEC, Birmingham, UK on 8-9 June 2022
For 30 years, the TCT Group has curated the leading UK event in the drive to increase awareness and adoption of additive manufacturing and 3D printing technology. Today, TCT 3Sixty is the flagship event of the TCT Group, a leading authority in additive manufacturing, 3D printing, design, and engineering technology across the globe.
This year, RAYSHAPE will be at the NEC, Birmingham, for the 25th edition on 8-9 June 2022.
The show will be the place to introduce RAYSHAPE's Professional and Industrial-Grade solutions, which will include the Shape 1+ series, P200 series, P400 series, and post-processing machines.
The Shape 1+ series is a DLP resin 3D printers with an integrated LED light engine, compatible with third-party resins. With various applications, this new model combines high manufacturing speed and performance. The series includes 3 printers, Shape 1+, Shape 1+ HD, and Shape 1+ Dental.
Thanks to Texas Instruments' DLP technology features, DLP 3D printers have significant advantages in terms of printing accuracy, efficiency, service life, and maintenance costs.
The P200 series adopts an Industrial-grade DLP light engine, with a low optical distortion, high projection uniformity, and increased stability. The spot size can be customized between 32.5-65μm.
In addition, the P200 series can achieve dimensional accuracy up to 10μm* level with the precision transmission system.
For a continuous production solution, the P400 4K DLP 3D printer is RAYSHAPE's heavyweight product for the mass production of terminal parts. It integrates RAYSHAPE's cutting-edge technology. In addition to having a high projection resolution of up to 3840×2160 pixels, it also has a 400mm molding height.
Combining the advanced series of resins with the heated chamber system can provide 7*24 hours of high-performance parts production capacity for multiple industries and applications.
The 3d printers come with a 3D printing software, "ShapeWare" which combines the power of design, engineering, and manufacturing into one platform. In addition, it includes advanced editing functions that make the dental staff's job easier.
